Jiangsu Kangtao Steel Co., Ltd. successfully signed a color-coated sheet order with an enterprise in the Middle East.
The visiting client is a purchasing representative from the Middle East, who came to our factory showroom specifically to inspect coated steel products including color coated coils, printed color steel sheets and galvalume base plates. Our sales staff and company management held full-round negotiations at the sample showroom.
On site, professional testing equipment was used to measure key parameters such as paint film thickness and base plate coating weight of sample panels. We elaborated on coating technologies including PE and PVDF, weather resistance, anti-corrosion performance as well as export inspection standards. The client cross-checked material requirements for their project against color charts and physical samples.
Both sides conducted in-depth negotiations over coil specifications, color codes, unit prices, payment terms, lead time, container loading, export arrangements and after-sales warranty policies. Meanwhile, we introduced our production capacity and previous export cases to the Middle East to demonstrate stable supply capability.
The client confirmed panel styles and colors, kept physical samples for internal review, and finalized cooperation details, reaching a preliminary intention for bulk purchase of color coated coils. This on-site visit efficiently covered product inspection, price bargaining and demand confirmation, successfully securing the intent of this foreign trade order.
