Full-process quality inspection and delivery of 500 tons of H Beam for the customer from Guatemala
The customer from Guatemala has finalized a purchase order for 500 tons of H Beam specifically for engineering purposes. To ensure that all dimensions and wall thickness of the goods fully meet the construction standards of the project, our side has jointly sent SGS third-party inspectors to the site to conduct a full-process on-site verification.
On-site, digital micrometers were used to accurately measure the actual thickness of the flange and web of the H-shaped steel, and tape measures were used to measure the actual dimensions such as the cross-sectional height and flange width of the section. Each item was checked to ensure that the specifications and parameters were consistent with the contract requirements. From the tolerance of the material wall thickness, the accuracy of the external dimensions to the appearance of the rolling quality, each item was inspected and checked one by one. The quality of the materials was strictly controlled, and standardized test data were provided to eliminate problems such as size deviations and process flaws.
