Structural features and differentiation advantages 【H beam steel 】 Section shape like English letter "H", adopts wide flange symmetrical design, web and flange thickness is uniform. Its thin web and narrow flange have the characteristics of lightweight and high cost performance, and are suitable for scenarios with outstanding bending requirements but low torsion requirements (such as plant trusses and equipment supports).
High strength alloy material: using low alloy high strength steel (such as S355J2), yield strength ≥355MPa, seismic performance is better than traditional carbon steel. Enhanced weather resistance: optional hot dip galvanizing or spraying process, salt spray test up to 2000 hours without rust, suitable for offshore platforms, chemical equipment and other harsh environments. Construction convenience: standardized section design supports rapid assembly, and the construction period is 40% shorter than that of concrete structures. Intelligent welding technology: dual-head synchronous welding system is adopted to achieve 25kg/h high-speed welding and improve efficiency by 200%. Section performance optimization: according to JIS G3192 standard, the bending capacity of H-beam steel is 10% higher than that of I-beam steel of the same weight, and the tortuosity stiffness is 20% higher.
